One trip, three generations: a day your parents can walk, rooms that fit everyone, and trains that don't turn into a luggage relay. Tell us who's coming and we build the plan around them.
Planning spring 2027? Family rooms for cherry-blossom season go first, so hotels are best held by December 2026.

Loose answers are fine.
A one-page checklist for three generations: pace per day, stair-heavy sites and what to do instead, rooms for 5 or 6, luggage forwarding, rail or a private driver, and when to book for spring 2027.
For cherry-blossom and fall-foliage trips, hotels book 6 to 12 months out, and family and connecting rooms go first. We hold them on refundable rates because bloom dates move. The rest sits on one dated timeline: Tokyo Disney hotels open four months out, park tickets two months out, Ghibli Museum tickets on the 10th of the month before, and JR seats one month out.
Or send us your dates instead. We ask who's coming, their ages, how far each person likes to walk, and what a good day looks like for them.
Day by day, with the room plan, the walking plan, the luggage plan and a book-by timeline, plus two rounds of revisions.
We go over the details before the trip. Text or WhatsApp us while you're there; we answer during our waking hours, US Pacific time.
